  • When is the best time to start?
  • How long will it take?
  • What type of treatment is needed?
  • Approximately what is the fee?

Diagnostic Records:

If treatment is indicated and it is appropriate to begin treatment immediately, a set of Orthodontic Diagnostic Records will be taken which includes photographs, x-rays and models. Orthodontic records are needed to formulate a treatment plan.

Children who are not ready for orthodontic treatment will be offered a recall appointment to monitor their occlusion. These appointments are scheduled in advance and are usually short visits to record any changes and at no charge (unless an x-ray is taken).

There will be a further charge for the Diagnostic records. Payment is appreciated on the day.
